Hole 9

They cut sod at the mainline location or previous sprinkler location. They then pull the pipe in from the mainline to the new head location.

This is the finished product after the sprinkler has been put in. They will go back over everything when they are done to insure sod is level.

The new sprinkler has been installed and finished.

Paul the irrigation foreman out cutting the sod for sprinkler locations.

They glue all of the laterals together before they start a hole. This way they can just go get another one and they glue is also dry.

There will be two isolation valves right here.

You have probably seen wire sticking up around the course. They are usually located at mainline laterals.

They have will be finishing hole 9 this week and had alot better weather then when they did the mainline work. I have added a bunch of pictures for you to see the process it took to add irrigation to 9.
