Right Bunker

We curved some of the face down to allow our power rake to enter there.

finished sodding the front edge.

We had to remove even more sod than we originally did in this area. The slope would have had a steep incline. The slope is now much smoother and much less severe.

In this picture you can see all of the different types of sodding we had to do.

This slope should still allow balls to kick to the middle of the green.

When we do any type of greens sod work we have to be very thorough. Even a small bump can get scalped easily and kill the grass.

This profile came out very well and I think this hole will play much better.

We repaired the right bunker on hole 2 this week and it came out really good. This area has needed a make over for some time now and since we will have the water to keep it alive we went ahead and did it. We were very careful to keep the contour right so that the hole plays the way it should. I have added many pictures with descriptions.
